Susan’s first-class communication background has included Citigroup and the BBC in London. Her Swiss consultancy work enables individuals to achieve their potential as speakers and presenters. Her unique approach to communication training has proved transformational for clients across the world, increasing self-confidence, ensuring performance excellence, and fostering the ability to persuade and influence.

Susan works with Rotary International each year, preparing their laureates for speeches at the UN in Geneva and New York, and supports a peace-building platform in the Balkans with her communications expertise. Susan is also a guest lecturer teaching effective communication skills at the Graduate Institute of Geneva and the University of Geneva.

She has a Doctorate in English Literature, completed on an Australian government research scholarship, a Masters in History from London University and is an ICF-qualified executive coach.
